v1.3.0 released: crypto module, options layer, and Elite tier

The biggest release since launch. Elite tier is now live with access to the crypto strategy module (BTC/USD, ETH/USD, 12 others), options strategy layer with IV rank filtering, and all future modules as we ship them.
